Martin successfully retired from both the BOCA RATON POLICE SERVICES DEPARTMENT and from the UNITED STATES COAST GUARD, after 34 total years of law enforcement service. An accomplished instructor since 1995; Marty’s students have included Local Business Leaders, Realtors, Church-Safety Teams, American Law Enforcement Agents and Officers, International Police, U.S. and Allied Foreign Military Personnel as well as Private Citizens. Today he is a national speaker and the Lead Instructor/owner of UMTC, LLC providing Self-Defense Education, Law Enforcement Training & Consulting.
